I have a unique story just as anyone does, but I came from a horse ranch in Nebraska to being into the heart of the Phoenix fashion industry. There are a few basic key points that got me to this point. 1) You can never have too many friends 2) If I am going to be there anyways, I am going to work my ass off to stand out and not just stand out but dominate (“I am not here to be successful, I am here to dominate”) 3) Be bold and play the edge! 4) Smile and laugh as much as possible

its similar to my first car.. not the nicest but I am glad to have something… business has been okay… we really need to get our friends in here… and SPREAD THE GOOD WORD…. we are looking at a bigger better space we need to grow!
I too have gone from a rural upbringing to urban. I think being grounded in a ranch lifestyle gives people a little more grit. Which you clearly have! You can take those principles and apply them to anything you do.
YES you are so right… its a bit sad how much people get tied up in the “worldly ways” of thinking about ourselves… And sometimes I too get going to fast and I dont enjoy small things in life… the relationships with cool people… tell a few jokes and compliment people… Make SOMEONE SMILE HELP MAKE THEIR DAY BETTER by sharing comrodery(i know that is misspelled)!!!!
